Meeting 1

First meeting is done and done with! Thanks for all who came. For updates on the club be sure to follow @LexiLurking on Twitter to get instant notification of blog updates and club info.

• First off, I - Lexi - gave a little spiel about the goal of the club. In essence, it's a cool way to make friends and share your creative talents, whether that mean through your music, poetry, short stories, art, anything! Creative Talent club is your way to get feedback from like-minded people with their own artistic abilities and tastes.
• Second, we nominated candidates for election... but we only had one candidate in each position. So, I am both president and secretary, while Johnathon Hartford is our vice president.
• Third, we ask you to feel comfortable in sharing your talents with us at our meetings! We'll have meetings every other Monday, from 3:20 to 4:20 or later if necessary for everyone to display.

That's it, see you all in two weeks! Maybe I'll even have poems or stories to share here on the blog.

Everyone, the very first meeting will be tomorrow after school in room 048. We'll have sign up forms and also elect candidates for president, vice president, and secretary.

Pretty much, the point of this club will be just to share everyone's creativity! If you like to write poems or prose or short stories or anything, you have a great audience in this club, and we'll be very happy to provide constructive criticism and be a like wall for you to bounce your ideas off of! :)
